Senior Cloud Delivery Manager

Job Purpose

To effectively manage and deliver cloud-based projects, ensuring timely and quality execution, customer satisfaction, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery Management:




• Lead the overall delivery of cloud solutions across multiple client engagements.


• Establish governance frameworks, project management methodologies, and delivery best practices.


• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from design, implementation, migration, to post-deployment support.




• Technical Leadership:




• Provide strategic direction and technical leadership across cloud technologies.


• Review architecture and design solutions to ensure scalability, security, and performance.


• Stay updated with emerging cloud trends, tools, and frameworks to drive innovation and optimization.




• Team & Resource Management:




• Lead and mentor a team of Cloud Architects, Project Managers, and Technical Specialists.


• Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and skill development across projects.




• Customer Engagement & Stakeholder Management:




• Act as a primary escalation point for delivery issues and ensure proactive resolution.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.






Requirements





• Deep Expertise in Cloud Platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP / VMware


• Strong Understanding of Cloud Migration, Modernization, and DevOps Frameworks:


• Excellent Leadership, Team Management, and Stakeholder Engagement Skills:


• Experience in Managing Large-Scale, Complex, Multi-Tenant Cloud Environments:


• Strong Problem-Solving, Decision-Making, and Analytical Skills:






Qualifications & Experience





• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.


• 1218 years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Cloud Services with at least 5 years in a leadership or delivery head role.


• Proven track record in managing enterprise-level cloud projects and service delivery.
