Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Client Servicing Manager. The responsibilities of the role include managing client relationships, overseeing client projects, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and working closely with clients to understand and fulfill their needs. The role involves providing strategic direction to meet client expectations while ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Client Services and Client Relations to manage and strengthen long-term client partnerships in event industry
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder interactions and presentations
• Proficiency in project management and the ability to lead teams effectively
• A results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Experience in event management or a related domain is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
