POSITION: SENIOR CLIENT MANAGER - INTERNAL BRANDING


Location: Dahisar, Mumbai

Type: In-office

Salary: 60-70k per month

Mandatory: Candidate should be currently staying in Mumbai, Candidate should be able to join by mid-April 2026.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Creative Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from client brief to final installation.

This role sits at the intersection of creative thinking, client servicing and project execution.

You will work closely with clients, designers, production teams and installation partners to ensure that projects move efficiently and that the final outcome meets both creative and operational expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY


PROJECT OWNERSHIP

Manage projects end-to-end from briefing to installation.

This includes:

  • Understanding client requirements
  • Translating the brief into clear internal directions
  • Coordinating with designers and production teams
  • Ensuring projects move quickly through the pipeline
  • Tracking timelines and preventing delays

The goal is to reduce project turnaround time while maintaining design quality.

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting client meetings and understanding briefs
  • Presenting design directions and concepts
  • Managing feedback and revisions
  • Maintaining strong professional relationships
  • Ensuring a smooth client experience throughout the project

Strong communication and confidence in handling clients is critical.

CREATIVE THINKING & CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

Support the team in developing creative concepts for spatial branding projects.

This includes:

  • Brainstorming ideas with the design team
  • Helping translate client narratives into visual themes
  • Structuring storytelling for walls and environments
  • Ensuring design solutions align with the clients brand and purpose

You do not need to be a designer, but you must think creatively and strategically.

INTERNAL TEAM CO-ORDINATION

Work closely with designers and production teams to drive results.

This includes:

  • Coordinating with designers to meet deadlines
  • Ensuring briefs are clear and actionable
  • Maintaining accountability across the team
  • Resolving internal bottlenecks that slow down projects

The role requires fair and unbiased team management.

EXECUTION & QUALITY CONTROL

Ensure projects are executed as intended.

This includes:

  • Coordinating with production teams
  • Reviewing design files before printing
  • Aligning with installation partners
  • Ensuring the final output reflects the original concept and quality standards.


TEAM LEADERSHIP & JUNIOR MANAGEMENT

The Creative Project Manager will be responsible for guiding and managing junior team members to ensure projects move smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating work between designers, production teams and installation teams
  • Providing clear briefs and direction to junior designers and team members
  • Ensuring that deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations
  • Maintaining fair, unbiased and professional working relationships with team members
  • Helping junior team members improve their thinking, problem solving and execution speed
  • Creating accountability within the team to ensure projects move forward without bottlenecks

EXPERIENCE

  • 4-6 years of experience in one or more of the following industries:
  • Branding agencies
  • Design studios
  • Experiential marketing
  • Retail branding
  • Architecture or interior design firms
  • Experience managing creative or branding projects will be preferred.
