Senior Civil Engineer

Job Title: Project Head / Chief Civil Engineer (Water Supply EPC Projects)

Location: Jaipur (Head Office)

Experience: Minimum 15 Years in relevant segment

We are looking for a highly experienced Project Head / Chief Civil Engineer to oversee end-to-end execution of large EPC infrastructure projects, particularly Water Supply Projects / Government Infrastructure / Jal Jeevan Mission projects. The role involves overall responsibility from project planning, budgeting, and design coordination to execution, monitoring, and final project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall leadership and technical oversight of multiple EPC water supply projects including pipelines, ESR/OHSR reservoirs, intake wells, pump houses, and allied infrastructure.
• Project planning, scheduling, and monitoring using PERT/CPM methodologies and planning software such as MS Project / Primavera.
• Preparation and monitoring of project budgets, cost estimates, and resource allocation from project initiation to completion.
• Review and approval of drawings, BOQs, DPRs, technical specifications, and execution strategies.
• Monitoring project timelines, construction progress, and quality standards across various sites.
• Coordination with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and government departments.
• Identification and resolution of technical, planning, and execution challenges during project lifecycle.
• Ensuring timely completion of projects with adherence to technical specifications and contractual requirements.
• Conducting periodic site visits and project review meetings with site teams and management.

Requirements:

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 1525 years of experience in EPC infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience in Water Supply Projects / Government Infrastructure / Jal Jeevan Mission projects.
• Proficiency in PERT, CPM, MS Project, Primavera or similar planning tools.
• Strong capability in project budgeting, execution management, and multi-site coordination.
• Experience in handling large infrastructure projects and managing technical teams.
