Senior CCaaS Solution Architect

What success looks like in this role:

The role of a CCaaS Solution Architect involves designing and implementing cloud-based contact center solutions that enhance customer engagement. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing end-to-end solutions: Architecting solutions that meet business requirements and align with customer experience goals.
• Integration with enterprise systems: Integrating CCaaS solutions with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and optimized performance.
• Technical leadership: Leading and mentoring a team of technical experts to ensure efficient delivery of solutions.
• Project planning: Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Implementation: Overseeing the implementation of CCaaS solutions, ensuring they meet all technical, functional, and performance requirements.
• Documentation: Producing comprehensive documentation for the solution, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides.
• Continuous Improvement: Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in CCaaS and incorporating best practices into the implementation process. Candidates should have a strong understanding of CCaaS platforms, experience with system integration concepts, and knowledge of database technologies and security best practices in cloud environments. Experience with AI-enabled features and omnichannel routing is also beneficial.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
