The Role

Werelooking for aSenior Manager Businessto own and scale post-salesbusiness deliveryfor the online learning business.This roleis responsible fordelivering monthlyP&Ltargets (revenue, GM etc.) byimproving retention, course completion, and overall customer lifetime value,whileleading large teams in a fast-growing environment.

Youllcombinea business owners mindset withstrong operational thinkingand customer empathy.

WhatYoullBe Responsible For

• OwningtheP&Lmetricsend to end:Revenueaccruedfrom various sources, direct costs, GM% etc.,driving initiatives aimed atP&Limprovement
• Key CX outcomes:course completion, churn, renewal
• Leading a large team and responsible for multiple course categories (Coding, Math, English etc.)
• Building scalable processes that balance consistency with flexibility
• Working closely with leadershipand Product to improve customer outcomes

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years of experienceinbusiness roles,preferablyincategory management,P&Lmanagement, business delivery etc.
• Experience managinglarge,frontlineor ops-intensiveteams
• Comfort using data and metrics to drive decisions and prioritize work
• Proven ability to improve retention, engagement, or repeat usage metrics
• Experience in high-volume environments (e-commerce or subscription businesses preferred)

EdTech experience is a plus, not a requirement.

Within the first 69 months:

• Customer churn istrending down
• Course completionisimproving
• P&Lmetrics are trending upwards
