Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Captain at Vietnam-ease Cph, located in Gurugram. The Senior Captain will oversee daily operations, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing team members, coordinating shift schedules, monitoring service efficiency, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining a welcoming dining atmosphere. Collaboration with the kitchen and management staff to execute seamless service will be essential.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in team management and coordination
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and train team members effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for maintaining service standards and handling customer feedback
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including safety and hygiene standards
- Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in basic computer and point-of-sale systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related certification or degree is a plus
