Role Overview


We are looking for a Senior Campaign Manager who can take complete ownership of influencer campaignsfrom planning and execution to performance tracking and closure. This role requires someone who is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and a natural problem solver who can manage teams, creators, and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities


  • Own and manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns , ensuring timely and high-quality execution
  • Lead and manage a team of 3+ campaign executives , providing guidance, training, and performance oversight
  • Coordinate with creators, internal teams, and clients to ensure smooth campaign delivery
  • Prepare and manage detailed influencer sheets , campaign trackers, and performance reports
  • Handle budget tracking, P&L management, and payment follow-ups using Google Sheets
  • Manage campaigns involving macro influencers , ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and deliverables
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to improve outcomes
  • Proactively identify risks and solve campaign-level problems before escalation
  • Maintain strong relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders


Key Qualifications & Skills


  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, specifically in campaign management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing campaigns with macro creators
  • Proven expertise in Campaign Management & Project Management
  • Prior experience managing a team of at least 3 people
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets, trackers, and P&L management
  • Excellent communication skills clear, confident, and professional
  • Demonstrated problem-solving mindset with strong ownership
  • Has worked with at least one agency for 1+ year (stability is important)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines
