AB InBev India is looking to hire Senior Buyer (Off-Role) for its Procurement team based out of Bengaluru.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Buyer (Off-Role) with strong experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in managing the complete P2P cyclefrom Purchase Requisition creation to Purchase Order processing and resolving vendor invoice queries. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end P2P operations, including PR creation, PO processing, order tracking, and closure.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely approvals and smooth workflow.
• Resolve vendor invoice discrepancies, GR issues, and follow up with users/vendors for timely closure.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, processes, and documentation requirements. Maintain accurate records in SAP/Ariba and ensure data integrity.
• Support procurement team in sourcing activities, vendor communication, and reporting.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to efficiency and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 23 years of hands-on experience in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
• Strong understanding of PR to PO lifecycle and invoice query resolution.
• Proficiency in SAP HANA / Ariba S4 (mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi.
• Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
• Team player with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Good stakeholder and vendor management skills.
