Your Role

As a Senior Specialist for Supply Growth Acquisition at StayVista, you will identify and acquire high-quality properties that align with StayVistas standards. Your focus will be driving regional supply growth through strategic acquisitions to enhance the brands portfolio. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, youll streamline the acquisition process from property identification to integration, ensuring each addition supports StayVistas growth objectives.

About You

• Identify and acquire high-quality properties that meet StayVistas brand and operational standards.
• Conduct market research to assess acquisition opportunities and industry trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and stakeholders to secure new properties.
• Negotiate contracts and manage the property onboarding process effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, legal, marketing) to ensure smooth integration of new properties.
• Monitor the performance of newly acquired properties and ensure they meet StayVistas quality and operational goals.
• Provide regular updates on acquisition progress and contribute to strategic decision-making.
• This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.
