We at Coforge are hiring Senior Duck Creek Business Analyst with the following skillset:

• Experience working as a Business Analyst, specializing in the general insurance (Property & Casualty) industry.
• Extensive experience with Duck Creek Billing / Policy / Claims (Any One).
• Proficient in producing technical requirements such as BRDs or User Stories, requirements catalogues, and process flows.
• Skilled in interacting with end business users to gather requirements.
• Capable of conducting gap analysis and impact assessments.
• Strong communication skills for establishing rapport with business and technical SME personnel at all levels.
• Excellent documentation skills for creating clear business-level definitions using diagrams and written formats.
• Proficient in process mapping, developing data flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, and other UML techniques.
• Collaborative team player, supporting other team members in developing Business Analysis skills.
• Familiarity with the regulatory landscape within the insurance industry.
• Experience in Agile methodologies within cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective presence and communication with stakeholders across different levels within client organizations.

Education: BE / B.Tech, BCA, B.SC, MCA, M.BA / Any Graduate Degree.
