eClerx is hiring a hands-on Senior Analytics Consultant for a client-facing role supporting global stakeholders. This role requires strong delivery ownership and practical BI implementation skills .
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver hands-on BI & analytics solutions
- Build dashboards and reports using Power BI & Tableau
- Work on data modeling and data mart design
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and integration using ETL tools
- Understand and work within analytics/BI architecture (data flow, performance, scalability)
- Engage directly with clients and business stakeholders
- Support analytics delivery during night shift operations
Mandatory Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Analytics / Business Intelligence
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Power BI
- Tableau
- Alteryx or other ETL tools
- Power Query
- Experience with file formats:
- Hyper, JSON, XML, TDE
- Excel, Flat Files
- Solid experience in data modeling & data mart creation
- Client-facing / consulting experience
Good to Have Skills
- Python or SAS
- Exposure to Machine Learning & NLP concepts
