Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Role Responsibilities:

The individual will manage data updates and support the maintenance of Nasdaq’s executive dashboards, ensuring accuracy through specifications, testing, and documentation. They will also gather requirements and assist in writing and monitoring stories for new products, enhancements, or platform updates.

• Execute accurate and timely data entry of financial information into designated systems
• Review, validate, and reconcile data to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Maintain and update executive dashboards with current performance metrics and KPIs
• Perform quality checks and data verification to maintain data integrity
• Support Workiva platform /Onestream users to provide required financial reporting from/to the database.            
• Support month-end, quarter-end closing and forecast/budget processes for the financial report
• Document procedures and maintain proper audit trails. 

We expect you to have:

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Experience with data validation and PowerBI.
• Experience with financial dashboard creation and maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience in Financial reporting; Problem-solving .
• Strong in Written and verbal communication.
• Education Qualification : B.A. or B.S. Computer Science/Business/Finance/Accounting or related experience.

It would be great if you:

• Experience with JIRA or similar project management tool
• Good Experience with Alteryx and excel
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Experience/Knowledge with Workiva platform
• Process improvement
• Team collaboration
