About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant for Credit Risk in Strategy Planning & Governance


In this role, you will:

  • Evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, procedures, processes, systems and internal controls; additional experience analyzing business and/or systems changes to determine impact
  • Creating dashboards, reporting, power points and other artifacts supporting deliverables for leaders
  • Meet deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, controls and compliance requirements
  • Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Strategy & Planning
  • Assist in the identification of process excellence opportunities or automation opportunities.
  • Review and analyze business, operational, or technical assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Project Management or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Experience evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, procedures, processes, systems and internal controls; additional experience analyzing business and/or systems changes to determine impact.
  • Good understanding of Risk management & Programs
  • Track record of working in a team-based environment to solve business challenges
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while paying close attention to detail

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from reputed institution
  • Experience managing/coordinating complex programs in financial services environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills
    Proficiency with MS office and project management tools and techniques

Job Expectations:

  • Should be flexible in working hours as we need to adhere to RTO guideline and business requirement.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
