Senior Business Development Manager

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused leader to drive retail expansion and store growth across key markets. This role will own location identification, lease negotiations, store launches, and end-to-end project execution, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate high-street, mall, and premium retail locations across key cities

Build and execute a retail expansion roadmap aligned with business objectives

Lead lease negotiations with landlords and developers

Own end-to-end store rollout from site selection to handover

Manage fit-outs, budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination

Partner with design, VM, IT, and operations teams to ensure timely store launches

Track KPIs, capex efficiency, and store performance metrics

Candidate Profile

1015 years of experience in retail expansion / business development / project management within apparel, fashion, or lifestyle

Strong exposure to real estate negotiations and store rollouts

Established network with mall developers, brokers, and vendors

Hands-on experience with store fit-outs and project execution

Good to Have:

Exposure to D2C / omnichannel retail

Experience in high-growth environments

Franchise network exposure
