Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute retail GTM strategy for modern trade and large retail chains
  • Acquire and manage key retail accounts (National & Regional chains)
  • Drive solution-led selling across:
  • POS & self-checkout
  • Barcode/RFID hardware
  • Retail software, kiosks, vision systems
  • Engage with CXOs, CIOs, Retail Ops Heads, Supply Chain Heads
  • Own revenue targets, pipeline forecasting, and closure
  • Lead large RFPs, pilots, and POCs; coordinate with pre-sales & delivery teams
  • Track competition, pricing trends, and emerging retail technologies
  • Mentor junior BD resources and influence internal retail strategy

Required Skills



  • Strong understanding of Indian retail operations (store ops, DCs, supply chain)
  • Proven experience selling enterprise solutions (not just products)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Financial acumen: deal structuring, margins, ROI justification
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Retail Tech / AIDC / POS / Hardware + Software ecosystems
  • Prior exposure to working with large retail brands (Reliance, Tata, Aditya Birla, D-Mart, etc.)
