Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager / Sales Executive Staffing & Staff Augmentation to grow our Enterprise and SMB client base. The role focuses on selling IT and non-IT staffing, contract staffing, and staff augmentation solutions by partnering with organizations to address their short-term and long-term workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition for enterprise and SMB accounts across staffing and staff augmentation services
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle : prospecting, client meetings, requirement gathering, proposal creation, negotiation, and closures
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, HR leaders, talent acquisition heads, and hiring managers
- Understand client workforce planning, project needs, and skill requirements to propose suitable staffing models
- Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment and high client satisfaction
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasts using CRM tools
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving hiring demands
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in B2B staffing sales / staff augmentation sales
- Strong knowledge of:
- Contract staffing
- Permanent hiring
- IT & Non-IT staff augmentation models
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and closure skills
- Ability to sell value-based workforce solutions rather than transactional hiring
- Strong business communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling staffing solutions to Enterprise and/or SMB clients
- Prior exposure to:
- IT services firms
- Staffing consultancies
- RPO / workforce solutions providers
- Understanding of commercial models, rate cards, SLAs, and margins
- Experience working with CRM and sales tracking tools
