About the Role

Were looking for dynamic Business Development Leaders to join our growing team in Bengaluru and Kuala Lumpur.

Youll be at the frontlines of our growth meeting school leaders, demonstrating our solutions, and helping preschools and international schools modernize their classrooms through innovation.

What Youll Do

Build and grow relationships with preschools, kindergartens, and international schools.

Present and promote our ecosystem of solutions:

• aKadmy AI-powered personalized learning & school engagement platform.
• Teeny Beans Early years curriculum aligned to EYFS.
• IIMTT / Atheneum Global Montessori & teacher training programs.
• Conduct school visits, demos, and presentations to decision-makers.
• Achieve monthly sales and partnership targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for events and exhibitions.
• Travel frequently within assigned territory.

Who You Are

5+ years of experience in sales / business development (education / EdTech / preschool franchise preferred).

Excellent communication and presentation skills confident in meeting school owners or principals.

Energetic, self-motivated, and result-driven.

Willing to travel frequently (within city / region).

Passionate about early childhood education and digital learning.
