We specialise in high-end residential interiors and are growing rapidly with projects across Bangalore and other key markets. We are looking for a Senior Business Development Head who can drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and generate high-value residential interior projects.



Role Overview

The Senior Business Development Head will lead the revenue growth and client acquisition strategy for the company. The role requires building strong networks with homeowners, architects, builders, and channel partners while identifying opportunities to secure premium interior design projects.



Key Responsibilities


Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate high-value residential interior leads
  • Build relationships with real estate developers, architects, and channel partners
  • Identify opportunities in luxury residential and villa projects

Client Acquisition

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project discussions
  • Convert leads into high-value interior design contracts

Strategic Partnerships

  • Establish partnerships with real estate developers, luxury property consultants, and architects
  • Build referral networks to increase project pipeline

Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Develop strategies to secure premium interior projects

Market Expansion

  • Identify new market opportunities
  • Analyse competitors and industry trends to drive growth

Requirements

  • 68 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
  • Experience in interior design, architecture, real estate, or luxury services preferred
  • Strong network with real estate developers, architects, and HNI clients
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead client conversations and build long-term relationships
