Job Description
Senior BD Executive - WTF Reboot
Location: Sector 9, Noida
Salary: 40,000 - 50,000/month
Experience: 3-5 years
Reports To: Head of Reboot / Founder
Role Overview:
Drive B2B corporate wellness sales by pitching WTF Reboot programs to enterprise clients
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and identify HR heads, CHROs, CXOs at target companies
2. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of enterprise leads
3. Pitch WTF Reboot wellness programs (gym memberships, on-site fitness, wellness workshops)
4. Navigate corporate procurement processes and close deals
5. Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead gen to contract signing
6. Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
7. Coordinate with operations team for seamless client onboarding
Must Haves:
3-5 years B2B sales experience
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Experience selling to HR/Admin functions
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Good to Have:
Existing network in HR/corporate wellness space
Experience in employee benefits or insurance sales
Understanding of corporate wellness trends
MBA or equivalent
Education: Graduate (MBA preferred)
Preferred Background: Corporate Wellness, Employee Benefits, HR Tech, Insurance (Group Health), B2B SaaS selling to HR
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days preferred
