Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive Consulting Services (Cold Calling Focus)

Position Summary


Intellectt is seeking a highly driven Business Development Executive whose primary responsibility is aggressive outbound cold calling to generate new consulting opportunities.

This role is exclusively focused on initiating new business conversations through direct outreach. The successful candidate must be comfortable engaging senior decision-makers, explaining consulting services with clarity, and converting cold calls into qualified advisory discussions.

This is not a staffing role. This is not a relationship-management-only position. This is a production-driven, outbound sales role centered on cold calling.


Primary Responsibilities

High-Volume Cold Calling

  • Execute a minimum of 4060 outbound cold calls daily
  • Target Directors, VPs, Operations Leaders, Plant Managers, and C-level executives
  • Penetrate enterprise and mid-market organizations within defined industry verticals
  • Overcome gatekeepers and navigate organizational structures

Consulting Services Articulation

  • Clearly explain consulting capabilities in areas such as operations improvement, compliance, digital transformation, quality systems, and process optimization
  • Communicate value propositions succinctly within first-call conversations
  • Identify pain points and qualify opportunity potential
  • Secure discovery meetings from cold outreach

Pipeline Generation & Follow-Up

  • Build and maintain a self-generated pipeline from outbound activity
  • Conduct structured follow-up campaigns
  • Track call metrics, conversion ratios, and meeting outcomes
  • Maintain disciplined CRM documentation
  • 40 outbound calls per day
  • Weekly qualified executive meetings
  • Consistent conversion of cold calls into discovery discussions
  • Pipeline growth derived exclusively from outbound efforts
  • Clear ownership of activity and results


Required Qualifications


  • 5+ years of experience in consulting sales or professional services sales
  • Proven success in high-volume cold calling environments
  • Strong objection-handling capability
  • Ability to articulate complex consulting offerings clearly and confidently
  • Self-motivated with high resilience and competitive drive
