About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Business Developer Consultant with 36 years of experience in IT or digital solutions sales . The ideal candidate should be proficient in identifying business opportunities, pitching digital/IT services, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong consultative selling skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to understand client needs deeply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and convert potential clients for IT, digital, design, branding, and technology-driven services.s.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and recommending relevant services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle prospecting, pitching, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
- Conduct detailed market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends in tech, startup, and enterprise segments.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings for demos and presentations.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service decks in alignment with client requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
- Ensure CRM entries are up-to-date with all interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and delivery of services.
- Stay updated with industry trends, digital advancements, and competitor offerings to improve sales strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or any relevant field.
- 36 years of experience in IT or digital agency sales (web & app development, branding, UI/UX, SaaS, marketing services preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical solutions in simple terms.
- Proven experience in lead generation, client pitching, and closing deals.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage key accounts.
- Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online research.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and with cross-functional teams.
