Senior Business Analyst

The role incumbent is focused on:

• Creating Process maps for business process analysis,
• Perform data analysis,
• Diagnosis of gaps, or Gap analysis
• best practices application,
• meeting facilitation, and contributes to project planning.

• Consultants are expected to contribute to buid to-be state solution for the client & practice
• The role holder can handle higher scale and complexity compared to a Consultant profile and is more proactive in client interactions
• Develops, assesses, and validates a clients business strategy, including industry and competitive positioning and strategic direction
• Develops / suggests new solutions and services to suit clients business strategy
• Identify and explore opportunities to develop revenue in existing and new areas
• Creates reusable IP from the business process discovery

Required skill set:

Business process analysis

Analytical skills - Basic exploratory data analysis skills

Basic pre-sales skills

Strong domain knowledge in Manufacturing domain or healthcare domain that includes industry best practices in respective domain
