What Youll Do

1. Requirements & Analysis

• Own the Backlog: Manage requirements for assigned product modules write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and detailed data specifications.
• Break Down Complexity: Convert complex analytical and AI-driven features into structured, implementable specifications.
• Bridge Product & Engineering: Translate product intent into precise technical requirements and collaborate closely with engineering teams.
• Manage Cross-Module Dependencies: Identify and document data flows and integration requirements across modules.
• Contribute to the Roadmap: Bring structured client feedback and market insight into roadmap discussions.

2. Quality Assurance & Validation

• Design & Execute Testing: Create comprehensive test cases for every feature you specify.
• Own Regression Testing: Maintain regression test suites and execute them before every release.
• Validate Calculation Engines: Verify financial models, statistical outputs, and analytical computations for accuracy.
• Test Cross-Module Data Flows: Ensure outputs from one module correctly integrate into others.
• Drive Test Automation: Introduce automation for high-risk or repetitive test scenarios over time.

3. Client & Business Engagement

• Lead Executive Demos: Present the product to senior stakeholders executives, investors, and enterprise decision-makers.
• Support Pre-Sales: Provide domain depth during pre-sales discussions and solution walkthroughs.
• Own Client Onboarding: Train users, configure setups, and ensure successful adoption of your modules.
• Handle Escalations: Diagnose and coordinate resolution of complex client issues.
• Mentor Junior BAs: Review requirements, testing approaches, and demo standards to elevate team quality.

What Were Looking For

Must Have

• 57 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in a SaaS/software product environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills comfortable validating financial formulas and statistical outputs.
• Proven experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Hands-on QA experience test case design, functional testing, regression testing, and defect documentation.
• Experience in client-facing roles demos, presentations, or B2B product support.
• Familiarity with API testing (Postman or similar) and basic SQL for data validation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to test automation tools (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium).
• Experience with financial modeling, data-heavy or analytics-driven platforms (FinTech, PropTech, Enterprise BI).
• Wireframing or prototyping skills (Figma, Miro).
• Experience in enterprise-grade B2B SaaS environments.
• Experience working on multi-market products (multiple currencies, regulatory environments, or locales).
