We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our customer communication management team who is adept in interpreting customers business needs and translating them into requirements and then into the application with the help of strong analytical and product management skills. You would function as an interface (through effective communication) among stakeholders, customer, and partners. You are a self-starter who is passionate about solving customers complicated problems by analyzing, evaluating and estimating requirements and specifications in liaison with SMEs and technical experts.

You should have strong background in customer communication management managing projects scope, acceptance, implementation and deployment. Create Functional requirement document coordinating with CCM Technical architect. You should be skilled in designing/reviewing test cases, processing change requests and managing a projects scope. The ideal candidate should be customer-obsessed, analytical and execution focused and should ensure that system design is perfect as per the needs of the users.

Specialized in analyzing forms across products and Lines of business, capturing product level communication requirements, validating and improving the forms inventory management processes.

Hands on experience in state filling process and departments/stakeholders' management.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience (at least knowledge) in managing Insurance Forms and packages
• Experience in business requirement gathering and documentation with business users/ client BA
• Ability to guide the Development team with necessary clarifications for Forms development
• Must have knowledge of XML, Data mapping and inference conditions in context to Forms development
• Work experience of Agile methodology
• Be able to help the QA team for testing (functional)
• Good knowledge of Personal Lines and commercial lines LOBs (BOP, CUMB)
• Understanding of integration between PAS and CCM
• Good to have - AINS certification
• Good communication skill.
