We are looking for a to bridge business needs and technology solutions. This role requires strong expertise in requirements gathering, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration within the US healthcare domain.

Gather, analyse, and document

Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications

Identify process gaps and automation opportunities

Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and business teams

Support project planning, UAT, and solution validation

Maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process documentation

58 years of Business Analysis experience

MANDATORY: US Healthcare domain experience (Payer / Provider / PBM / Claims / HIPAA)

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience with Agile / Scrum and SDLC

Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart

SQL / reporting tools preferred
