Role: T24 Business Consultant Securities & Derivatives
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Temenos Transact (T24) , specifically in Securities and Derivatives , to join our Core Banking team. This role is ideal for someone who can seamlessly bridge business requirements and technology, drive scalable solution design, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between business teams, technology groups, and vendors to convert business needs into system solutions.
- Lead Process-Led Workshops (PLWs) and prepare BRDs, FSDs, data mappings, migration plans, and user guides.
- Conduct detailed analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design for core banking enhancements.
- Recommend scalable, low-risk solutions aligned with business goals and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams during development, testing, migration, and release.
- Maintain requirement clarity, impact analysis, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project progress, maintain change logs, and escalate issues when required.
- Support end-to-end implementation of system changes ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Skills & Experience Requirements
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Minimum 7 years of IT Business Analysis experience with a strong focus on Temenos Transact (T24) Core Banking (preferably in Private Banking).
- Deep expertise in at least one of the following modules:
- Securities: Equities, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds
- Derivatives: Options, Structured Products
- Proven experience conducting PLWs and advising on process improvements.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills with proven documentation capabilities.
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
