Senior Business Analyst – SAP RAR

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst SAP RAR to join our SAP Center of Excellence (COE) and support global finance operations on SAP S/4HANA.

Position: Senior Business Analyst SAP RAR (SAP COE)

Location: India Hybrid (Bangalore / Gurgaon / Hyderabad)

Department: SAP COE | Shared Services

Experience: 6+ years

Work Model: Hybrid

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support SAP S/4HANA Finance applications with a focus on RAR, SD, and AR

Hands-on configuration and support for SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting & Reporting)

Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions

Lead requirement workshops and collaborate with global stakeholders

Support month-end activities, data conversions, enhancements, and upgrades

Resolve incidents and service requests in line with SLAs

Mentor super users and junior team members

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

6+ years of SAP S/4HANA Finance experience

Strong hands-on expertise in SAP RAR

Solid understanding of IFRS 15 / ASC 606

Experience with Order-to-Cash, SD, and AR integration

RAR data conversions and month-end close processes

BRF+ configuration experience

Exposure to global implementations (AMER, EMEA, APAC)

SAP integrations with SFDC

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

GOOD TO HAVE

ABAP debugging knowledge

Experience with custom enhancements and functional specifications

Training and end-user enablement experience
