Senior Business Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of business, technology, and delivery. This is a client-facing role for someone who can confidently engage with stakeholders, understand complex enterprise processes, and work closely with Agile teams to turn ideas into working solutions.

You will play a key role in shaping requirements, guiding delivery teams, and ensuring that what we build truly solves real business problemswhile moving fast and staying pragmatic, as startups do.

What Youll Do

• Act as a trusted partner to clients, product owners, and business SMEs to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
• Take ownership of analysis deliverables end-to-endfrom discovery and documentation to validation and sprint execution.
• Work closely with Scrum Masters and delivery teams to support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint execution.
• Write high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications that engineering teams can execute on confidently.
• Analyze ERP and operational data to support decision-making, issue resolution, and testing.
• Track delivery progress and key metrics to ensure alignment with client expectations and product goals.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with both internal teams and client stakeholders.

What Were Looking For (Must-Have)

• Experience: 810 years in business analysis or similar roles within software development, packaged applications, or ERP-driven environments.
• ERP Functional Expertise: Strong working knowledge of SAP MM, SD, and PP modules, including familiarity with core tables and field-level data used to analyze issues and define requirements.
• Data & Analysis Skills: Hands-on experience with SQL, SAP table navigation, data exploration, validation, and functional testing.
• Agile Mindset: Solid experience working in Scrum teamscomfortable with user stories, story points, sprint ceremonies, and Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Data Platform Awareness: Basic understanding of data lake concepts such as storage accounts, subscriptions, and data access models.
• Client Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in leading discussions and aligning diverse stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with global or multi-location teams.
• Familiarity with SDLC and modern engineering practices.
• Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Project Management or Agile certifications.
• Engineering degree, MBA, or equivalent academic background.
