Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mysore for a Senior Business Analyst. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, business process mapping, documenting processes, driving business strategies, and identifying improvement opportunities. The role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that business objectives are met through effective solutions and well-informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Requirements gathering.
• MBA is a plus
• Expertise in Business Process optimization and refinement
• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively work with stakeholders and project teams
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Involves > 50% travel including international travel.
