We are looking for hard-working, passionate senior business analysts to join our growing team as we strive to deliver excellence to our customers. You're a self-starter who will be part of an empowered agile team working on our portfolio of products.
Main Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Engage with Product, QA, and Support teams to capture and analyze business requirements.
- Improve the product by defining new features and providing detailed specifications.
- Demonstrate a consistent focus on quality, ensuring that solutions are reliable and robust.
- Participate in project planning sessions, analyze requirements, provide design options, and break down work into manageable tasks.
- Work within a multi-functional agile team, ensuring clear communication of requirements and feedback.
- Review the work of peers and juniors, providing advice and mentorship to benefit the team.
- Conduct agile retrospectives and reviews to inspect and adapt, finding innovative ways to make the team work more optimally.
- Actively participate in Scrum meetings, providing timely status updates on areas for which you are responsible.
- Assist QA team members during regression and in-sprint testing phases by crafting test cases, performing tests, and validating work.
- Use data analysis tools to analyze trends, find opportunities, and advise decision-making.
Essential Skills/Experience Required:
- Expert business analyst with a proven background in software development projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Superb communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with project management principles and Agile methodologies.
- Good knowledge of SDLC and management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Familiarity with requirements management and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and multi-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in crafting and performing test cases and supporting QA processes.
- 5 to 12 years of relevant experience.
Education/ Certifications:
- A relevant degree (preferably BE/BTech/MBA).
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) or project management (e.g., PMP) is desirable.
