Location: WTC, Kharadi - Pune

Work Mode: Work From Office (4 Days WFO + 1 Day WFH)

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong domain knowledge in Finance & Management Reporting

Hands-on experience with P&L, margin, pricing, revenue, and spend analytics

Reflects on Sales and OPS/MFG reporting (inventory, productivity, variances, scrap)

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in analytics/BI initiatives

Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear reporting requirements

Experience working with data, BI tools, and cross-functional teams.

Good to have experience with ERP/financial systems, HFM, and enterprise data platforms
