Senior Business Analyst

Job Description:

Must Have:

• Over 6 years of experience in understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable plans
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, use cases, user stories, and functional specification
• Experience in Agile and Scrum with strong documentation skills
• Hands on experience in preparing User documentation Manuals, Release notes, and SOPs
• Good understanding of SDLC process and database concepts
• Proficiency in JIRA, Azure and DevOps
• Ability to conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement
• Experience working closely with development teams to ensure the successful translation of business requirements into technical specifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence teams and stakeholders at all levels
• Proven experience as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration
• Strong ability to provide guidance and support to junior business analysts, fostering their professional growth and development
• Collaboration skills to work effectively with technology teams to design innovative solutions that align with business goals and objectives
• Ability to evaluate and recommend technology platforms, tools, and methodologies that align with the organization's objectives and long-term vision
• Experience supporting the development and implementation of technology solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and deliver expected outcomes

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of software tools like Draw.io
• Professional certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are advantageous
• Experience collaborating with organizational change management teams to ensure smooth adoption and integration of new technology solutions
