Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst | Having 5yrs of experience, from Gurgaon with strong experience in building scalable Web APIs, cloud-native deployments, and hands-on Generative AI implementations.

We are a team of 550+ engineers, driving innovation across Product & Data Engineering, focusing on Agentic AI, RPA, Full Stack, and GenAI-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements related to ERP and OTC processes.
• Work closely with functional and technical teams on SAP ABAP developments and enhancements.
• Provide functional support across SAP ERP modules.
• Drive end-to-end implementation and optimization of Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycles.
• Prepare functional specifications (FS), review technical specifications (TS), and support development lifecycle.
• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and solution design workshops.
• Coordinate UAT, testing cycles, and stakeholder sign-offs.
• Support data migration, integration, and system enhancements.

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in SAP environments.
• Hands-on exposure to SAP ABAP developments and enhancements.
• In-depth understanding of ERP systems and business process integration.
• Expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) lifecycle including billing, invoicing, credit management, and collections.
• Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, FI).
• Experience in large-scale SAP transformation projects.
