Senior Business Analyst/ Business analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst / Business Analyst to support our Customer Success Managers (CSMs), streamline client onboarding, and provide post-deployment support. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and prior experience working with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Pull, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions.
• Build reports, dashboards, and metrics to track client and product performance.
• Generate periodic project monitoring reports and perform ad hoc analyses for clients.

Client Onboarding & Support

• Collaborate with CSMs to ensure smooth client onboarding and implementations.
• Provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.
• Act as a point of contact for data-driven queries and insights.

Business Process & Documentation

• Document business processes using modelling methodologies.
• Identify gaps, propose improvements, and design new process flows.
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer and maintain documentation repositories.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product, tech, and operations teams to communicate client requirements and feedback.
• Support project management activities by monitoring timelines, deliverables, and escalations.
• Contribute to product enhancement discussions by translating business needs into technical requirements.

Additional BA Functions

• Conduct root cause analysis for client-reported issues.
• Perform market and competitive research to provide insights supporting client strategies.
• Support internal stakeholders with data insights to drive operational excellence.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in SaaS or client-facing environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI/Visualization tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with international clients.
• Ability to document requirements, processes, and workflows effectively.
• Flexible, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
