Job Description

Were looking for the Business Analyst defines and designs solutions for clients. The Business Analyst collaborates with teams on web design and development projects from inception to completion. It is the Business Analysts primary responsibility is to understand, document, and track the business needs and requirements throughout the project life-cycle.

Responsibilities

Ownership, elicitation, and documentation of business needs and business requirements.

Ownership, delivery, and documentation of functional requirements and specifications by applying experience and understanding of object-oriented design and use case modelling.

Liaise between Client Services, UX, Strategy, and Technology teams to ensure quality solutions that deliver business results.

Act as primary requirements go-to person during the design and build phase of projects.

Identify and subsequently define the required tests and co-lead test planning.

Participate in testing and lead the effort to identify requirement and solution gaps and resolutions.

Evaluate the performance of the business solution, identify opportunity for improvement, and refine targets for future releases.

Participate in UAT planning & execution.

Support requirements understanding and issue resolution throughout project life cycle.

Serves as the conduit between customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow.

Participate in the creation of project plans and communicate status to all levels of management for medium to large sized projects.

Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely manner.

Seek opportunities to provide value-added solutions for business and clients.

Requirements

At least 4+ years in a client-focused Business Analysts role.

Should have come from a digital marketing/content management system (CMS)/web background.

Proven analytical background and exposure to business analysis approach and standards.

Experience with both digital/web and technical projects.

Familiar with object-oriented design, use case modeling, and software development processes.

Experience with web solutions such as web analytics, e-commerce, content management, enterprise search, campaign management, etc.

Must have digital solution experience.

Good to have knowledge of ISMS

Travel may be required
