Key Responsibilities


  • End-to-End Branded Content Development: Convert brand objectives into original
  • content concepts, formats, scripts, narrative flows, and clear execution roadmaps.
  • IP Creation: Conceptualise and build branded content properties (multi-episode/season formats) with strong thematic coherence.
  • AFP & Integrations: Design content-forward AFP ideas and seamlessly embed brand narratives across formats.
  • Story Craft: Build compelling story arcs and emotional anchors across genres, tonality, and audience moods.
  • Campaign Thinking: Work closely with Strategy, Sales, Creative, Production & Talent teams to shape campaign direction and narrative execution.
  • Client Alignment: Present ideas, refine frameworks, and align creative direction while retaining narrative strength.
  • Curation: Identify authentic stories, voices, characters, and formats relevant to brand ethos.
  • Culture & Format Awareness: Stay sharp on digital trends, evolving formats, platform behaviour, and narrative shifts.
  • Presentation & Communication: Present creative ideas with clarity, confidence, and narrative conviction to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Design & Build Capability: Comfort in working on PPT (PowerPoint/Google Slides) and tools like Canva / Keynote / basic design tools to translate ideas visually.


Requirements


  • 45 years of hands-on experience in digital branded content with publishers, content
  • studios, or creative agencies.
  • Proven experience in branded IP development and structured show/content formats.
  • Strong grasp of short-form + long-form content ideation.
  • A natural storyteller who can translate brand truths into human-first narratives.
  • Strong articulation, writing, and visual thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-moving environments with overlapping timelines.
