Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Brand Marketing professional who can build and scale

brand strategy from the ground up while driving high-impact go-to-market initiatives.

This role will own positioning, messaging, and brand storytelling across products and

campaigns, working closely with product, sales, and leadership to shape how the

brand shows up in the market.

You will be responsible for strengthening brand identity, enabling business growth,

and ensuring consistent, compelling communication across all touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Build and evolve brand strategy from scratch for products or business lines
  • Define positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions aligned
  • with customer needs
  • Ensure brand consistency across campaigns, launches, and channels
  • Strengthen brand trust, recall, and long-term customer loyalty

Go-To-Market & Product Launches

  • Own marketing for a product suite or category, from positioning to execution
  • Design and execute scalable GTM playbooks for new launches and market
  • expansions
  • Lead high-visibility product launches and integrated campaigns across online
  • and offline channels
  • Enable sales teams with messaging, pitch decks, playbooks, and collateral
  • that convert

Campaigns, Content ; Communications

  • Conceptualize and execute brand campaigns end-to-end: ideation,
  • production, rollout, and performance tracking
  • Craft compelling narratives and messaging aligned with brand values
  • Lead content strategy across digital, social, and owned channels
  • Drive organic growth and engagement through strong storytelling and
  • community conversations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the bridge between product, sales, design, and leadership teams
  • Translate product capabilities into customer-centric stories
  • Collaborate with agencies, partners, and vendors for campaigns and brand
  • initiatives

Brand Building & Impact Measurement

Build and maintain brand guidelines and visual/verbal identity

Track brand health, campaign impact, and engagement metrics

Drive continuous improvement through insights and experimentation


What Were Looking For

  • 58+ years of experience in brand marketing, communications, or integrated marketing with B2B companies
  • Proven experience owning brand strategy and GTM for products or categories
  • Strong storytelling, messaging, and positioning skills
  • Experience working closely with product and sales teams
  • Hands-on experience with product launches, rebrands, or market expansions
  • Strong understanding of digital, social, and offline brand touchpoints
  • Ability to think strategically and execute with speed and precision
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments


Nice to Have

Experience in fintech, SaaS, consumer tech, or B2B products

Experience launching products into new markets or segments

Prior experience with brand collaborations, events, or partnerships
