This is a full-time, on-site Senior Brand Manager role based in New Delhi. The Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing branding strategies to enhance Unaati's market presence. Responsibilities include overseeing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, managing brand positioning, and ensuring consistent messaging across platforms. Additional tasks involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and driving brand growth through innovative strategies.

• Experience in brand management, marketing strategy, and campaign execution
• Strong skills in market analysis, competitor research, and business growth planning
• Proficient in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
• Expertise in project management, team collaboration, and performance tracking
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of the FMCG/Q-Commerce or retail industry is an advantage
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
