The AGM Marketing drives the brand vision and go-to-market strategy to accelerate sales and revenue. Acting as a strategic partner to Leadership, you will execute data-driven campaigns that deliver measurable business growth. Real Estate experience is mandatory.

Background, Skills and Qualifications

• Full time MBA from Premium Institute is must
• Proven experience in brand building, project launches, revenue driven marketing and large scale campaign management
• Exposure to PAN India or multi-city portfolios is strongly preferred
• Digital & Performance marketing (search, social, portals)
• Residential real estate marketing and launch strategy
• Brand Strategy and Brand positioning
• Customer segmentation
• Market research, pricing inputs and analytics
• Agency and vendor management
• Marketing ROI and funnel analytics
