We address complex branding challenges for clients in lifestyle, alcobev, beauty, consumer products, and fashion across India, Europe and South East Asia. Our roster includes Singapore Airlines, Tata Group, Bira91, Leela Hotels, Sula Wines, Schwarzkopf, Serum Institute of India, P&G, Axis Bank, Vadilal, Neemans, Superbottoms, Fosters, Panasonic, and more. We're a studio that takes branding and design craft seriously, and we're looking for someone who does too.

Role Description

The Senior Brand Designer will lead efforts in creating and redefining brand identities, crafting visually compelling designs, and executing end-to-end branding projects. The designer will work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into actionable design strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and cohesive brand solutions that align with client objectives.

Please note: We are only considering designers currently working at creative or branding agencies. Candidates from corporate in-house teams or social media agencies are not the right fit for this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Proficient experience in Brand Identity, Branding, and Brand Design
• Advanced skills in Graphic Design and Visual Design tools and techniques
• Strong creative and innovative thinking with an eye for detail
• Proven ability to conceptualize and execute branding strategies from start to finish
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in branding and design

Professional experience in an agency or consultancy environment is an advantage
