Role Description

This full-time, on-site role in Gurugram offers an exciting opportunity to work as a Senior Brand and Visual Designer. In this position, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs, developing brand guidelines, and executing branding strategies. Day-to-day tasks may include conceptualizing and delivering graphic and web design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with client and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop visual concepts and design directions based on brand tonality and positioning

* Design brand identities, logos, and visual systems

* Create social media creatives, marketing assets, and digital designs

* Work on packaging, print collateral, and brand communication materials

* Maintain design consistency across platforms and campaigns

* Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to bring ideas to life

* Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and brand storytelling

Requirements:

* Strong understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, and layout

* Experience in logo design, brand identity, and packaging design

* Ability to create concept-driven design solutions

* Basic knowledge of motion graphics (2D animation/reels / GIFs)

* Ability to interpret briefs independently and propose creative directions

Software Expertise:

* Adobe Illustrator

* Adobe Photoshop

* Adobe InDesign

* Adobe After Effects (basic motion)

* Figma or similar design tools (preferred)

Experience:

* 26 years of experience in graphic/brand design

* Agency or creative studio experience preferred

* Strong portfolio showcasing branding and design systems
