Position: Senior Board Advisor

Profile:

Lead as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the origination/execution of M&A/Strategy consulting assignments with top Global and Indian Corporates.

Mandatory criteria:

* Must have had a stint atCXO/Director level position in Large Corporates, preferably as a Board member.

* Excellent relationships with Promoters/CXOs of large Corporates.

* Domain or Sectoral expertise a must

* Work experience of 25+ years

Sectoral specialisation: looking at experts from any of the following sectors:

1) Semiconductor

2) Auto & Auto components

3) Defence & Aerospace

4) Information Technology (GCCs, Data centres)

5) Infrastructure

6) Chemicals

Support: Remote role

Location: New Delhi / Mumbai /Bangalore /Pune / Hyderabad / Chennai / Ahmedabad

Remuneration: per industry standards (based on projects).
