Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Bench Sales Recruiter to manage the end-to-end bench sales process within the US IT staffing domain. The ideal candidate will have strong Tier-1 vendor relationships, proven placement success, and deep knowledge of US visa categories and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and place bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC)
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to placement
• Ensure high-quality submissions and consistent follow-ups
• Negotiate rates and close placements effectively
• Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline tracking
• Stay updated on US staffing trends and visa compliance regulations

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales / US Staffing
• Proven track record of successful placements
• Strong vendor network and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
• Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred)
