Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Bench Sales Recruiter. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes for bench sales, building relationships with candidates and clients, and overseeing account management to drive successful placements. Daily tasks include sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placement positions, as well as negotiating rates and maintaining communication with candidates and vendors.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales Recruitment and Hiring within the IT industry
• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Account Management processes
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced recruitment setting
• Familiarity with market trends and competitive intelligence in the staffing industry
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field is preferred
