About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Business Development from the EdTech sector who can drive revenue growth while managing key accounts and supporting strategic sales initiatives.

This role involves both individual contribution and partial team coordination responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through consultative and solution-based selling
• Manage high-value prospects and strategic accounts
• Support junior sales team members with guidance and follow-ups
• Track and analyse sales performance metrics
• Develop partnerships and institutional collaborations (if applicable)
• Improve sales funnel efficiency and conversion ratios
• Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly business targets

Mandatory Requirements

• 25 years of Business Development experience in EdTech
• Strong revenue ownership and sales leadership exposure
• Experience handling high-value clients or enterprise sales (preferred)
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Structured approach towards pipeline management
