Senior Battery & E-Motor Repair Engineer

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate workflow for EV battery and electric motor repair operations.
• Propose technical improvement measures and enhance repair effectiveness.
• Plan and develop service centers capable of repairing EV batteries and electric motors.
• Participate in training and providing technical guidance to relevant units on repair activities.
• Coordinate with related departments to handle customer complaints within the scope of responsibility.
• Manage KPIs related to battery and motor repair progress.
• Collect market data and prepare periodic reports for management.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors in line with professional orientations.
• Participate in projects and special task forces when required by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• 23 years of experience in automotive technical service, diagnostics, or warranty. Preference for candidates with experience in automotive/motorcycle manufacturing plants or large industrial environments.
• Basic understanding of EV batteries, electric motors, and diagnostic systems.
• Good technical troubleshooting and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good command of English.
