Role Overview

The ideal candidate will bring strong operational knowledge of bar management, hands-on mixology expertise, and the ability to drive guest engagement while maintaining strict cost and inventory controls.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee bar operations and ensure adherence to SOPs

Craft premium cocktails and signature beverage offerings

Monitor inventory, wastage, and beverage cost control

Train and mentor junior bartenders

Maintain hygiene, compliance, and service excellence standards

Deliver a memorable guest experience aligned with brand values

Candidate Profile

36 years of relevant bar experience in reputed restaurants

Strong understanding of beverage trends and mixology techniques

Leadership capability with a proactive approach

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
