Senior Backend Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong backend focus and proven expertise in the MERN stack to take complete ownership of system architecture and development. This role demands a hands-on leader capable of delivering scalable, high-performance applications end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end architecture for complex web applications.
• Lead backend development using Node.js and Express.js, with strong MongoDB optimization skills.
• Develop responsive, maintainable frontends using React.js.
• Define coding best practices, conduct reviews, and mentor engineers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Requirements

• 58+ years professional experience (less than 5 years not eligible).
• Strong expertise in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Experience with GoLang (Gin) is a mandate.
• Deep understanding of system architecture, API design, and database optimization.
• Hands-on cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure preferred).
• Strong GitHub portfolio demonstrating quality workmandatory.
• Must be able to join within 30 days (highly preferred)
