Senior Backend Engineer- Golang

Be part of the backend engineering team in Enterprise Factory to design, build and maintain Golang-based microservices powering critical retail banking channels , with a strong focus on performance, reliability and security..

Responsibilities(JR) :8-10 years

Design, develop and maintain Golang- based microservices and batch programs using gRPC, REST and GoRoutines, meeting agreed availability, performance and

scalability targets.

Develop microservices and batch programs meeting quality and timeliness goals.

Help build CI/CD pipeline to manage release to SIT, UAT and Prod environments,

Review team code

Ensure adequate documentation included in code for future maintainability

Continuously develop self and team capability in line with improvements /changes in backend technology.

Requirements

At least 5-12 years of hands-on experience developing APIs and microservices in Golang, including gRPC and REST. Strong experience with GoRoutines, channels and concurrency patterns. Experience in designing and implementing microservices architectures, including service discovery, configuration and observability basics (logging, metrics, tracing). Good understanding and practical experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, data modeling and
